Eredene Capital PLC is a UK-based company which invests in infrastructure projects in India. It focuses primarily on logistics, distribution warehouses and port services.

The Eredene Group has made nine investments in India to date, three of which are now revenue generating and a fourth is taking sales deposits. Three of its investments are second investments with established Indian partners.

Current investment commitments total up to £51 million, which represents 92% of the net funds Eredene raised in 2006. Eredene raised a further £7.1 million in an institutional placement in August 2009.

Eredene trades on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (ERE.L).
