Eredene Capital PLC ("Eredene", "Eredene Group") is a UK-based company which invests in infrastructure projects in India. It focuses primarily on logistics, distribution warehouses and port services.

The Eredene Group has made investments in eleven projects in India to date, four of which are revenue generating and a fifth is taking sales deposits. Three of its investments are second investments with established Indian partners.

Eredene raised £7.1 million in an institutional placement in August 2009.

Eredene was founded in 2005 and has a market capitalisation in excess of £50 million. Eredene trades on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange (ERE.L).

Eredene has a dedicated team on Indian Infrastructure and two special advisors.
