Eredene Capital PLC ('The Eredene Group', 'Eredene') is an independent investment company which specialises in investing in Indian infrastructure with a focus on ports, logistics and transportation. The Eredene Group has made investments of £44.6m in 11 projects in India, six of which are revenue generating. Two investee companies are dividend paying. Three of its investments are second investments with established Indian partners.
Eredene has a blue chip shareholder base including Caledonia Investments plc, Ruffer LLP, Sofina S.A., Henderson and Jupiter.
Eredene Capital PLC has its head office in London. Mumbai-based Eredene Infrastructure Private Limited (EIPL) is Eredene’s investment adviser in India.
