The London-based directors, led by CEO and Company founder Alastair King, have career backgrounds in international law, investment banking, accountancy, transport, logistics, real estate, and insurance.
The senior members of the India-based team have combined experience of over 40 years in ports and port services, logistics and warehousing and transport. The India-based team is headed by Nikhil Naik who was previously Regional Director of P&O in India. While at P&O, Nikhil served as CEO of Mundra International Container Terminal (MICT) at Mundra Port, Director of Chennai Container Terminal (CCTL) and lead member of the team that designed and developed the NSICT container terminal at JNPT Mumbai.
Eredene also benefits from the advice and counsel of two Specialist Advisors (DT Joseph and Sarvjit Singh). DT Joseph was previously Director-General of Shipping from 1999 to 2003 and Secretary, Ministry of Surface Transport (Shipping, Road Transport & Highways), from 2003 to 2005. Sarvjit Singh was previously Chairman of India's largest Warehousing Company providing a wide range of warehousing services including food grain warehousing, industrial warehousing, custom bonded warehousing, CFSs, ICDs and air cargo complexes.
